Column 1 - An event number corresponding to the Coordinated Data Analysis Workshop (CDAW) Catalog of the severe geomagnetic storms with Dst <-100 nT (Zhang, J., Richardson, I.G., Webb, D.F., Gopalswamy, N., Huttunen, E., Kasper, J., et al.: 2007a, J. Geophys. Res. 112, A10102;   Zhang, J., Richardson, I.G., Webb, D.F., Gopalswamy, N., Huttunen, E., Kasper, J., et al.: 2007b, J. Geophys. Res. 112, A12103.).

Columns 2-6 -  Information on the geospace disturbance, including the GMS peak date and time, minimum Dst and peak Ap values, FD magnitude, date and time of the disturbance onset (SC).

Column 7 - Levels GMS identification with their solar sources: labels S1 and "+" correspond to unambiguous identifications; labels S2, S2R, M2, M2R, and "-" correspond to probable identifications. The letter `R' after the S1, S2, M2 codes indicates that the solar source of the given FD was refined by us in comparison with the CDAW Catalog.

Columns 8-11 - Information on the corresponding solar eruptive source: date and time of the eruption determined mainly from the peak time of the soft X-ray flare emission, its GOES class, and the position of the eruption site. In column 10, the label `AR' means that the eruption occurred in and around an AR, while the label `non-AR' indicates events resulting from filament eruptions outside ARs.

Column 12 - The summarized unsigned magnetic flux in dimmings and arcades at the photospheric level (Φ) in units of 1020 Mx. In three events marked by the asterisks, the dimming and arcade areas and the corresponding magnetic fluxes were measured by using two to three suitable 195 Å images obtained with the 6-hour interval.

Columns 13, 14 - The GMS onset (ΔTo) and peak (ΔTp) transit times, measured from the eruption moment at the Sun (the peak time of an associated soft X-ray burst).
